1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Reflectech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Reflectech provides the following online services:

  • Online Repair Services: Remote troubleshooting and repair of Windows PC and laptop software issues
  • Device Counseling: On-call expert guidance for purchasing mobile phones, PCs, and laptops

Important: We provide SOFTWARE-ONLY services. We do not handle hardware repairs, physical damage, or component replacements.

3. Service Plans & Pricing

3.1 Repair Service Plans:

  • Basic Plan - ₹89: 1 hour support, basic troubleshooting
  • Standard Plan - ₹199: 3 hours support, advanced troubleshooting
  • Professional Plan - ₹299: Unlimited support (1 day), complete solutions

3.2 Counseling Services:

  • Mobile Counseling - ₹99: On-call guidance for mobile phone purchase
  • PC/Laptop Counseling - ₹189: On-call guidance for PC/laptop purchase

All prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. No hidden charges.

4. Service Delivery Method

4.1 Repair Services:

Services are provided remotely using secure remote access software including:

  • Supremo
  • TeamViewer
  • Other legitimate remote support tools as required

The specific tool used depends on the selected plan and issue complexity.

4.2 Counseling Services:

Counseling is provided through phone/WhatsApp calls at your preferred time slot.

5. User Requirements & Obligations

To use our services, you must:

  • Have a stable internet connection for remote repair services
  • Provide accurate contact information (phone/WhatsApp)
  • Be available during the scheduled service time
  • Grant necessary permissions for remote access when required
  • Cooperate with our technicians during the session
  • Be 18 years or older (or have parental consent)
  • Backup important data before repair services
  • Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Maintain respectful and professional conduct

6. Service Limitations & Exclusions

6.1 What We DO NOT Cover:

  • Hardware Issues: Physical damage, broken screens, faulty components
  • Data Recovery: Lost or deleted files
  • Third-Party Software Issues: Proprietary or licensed software problems beyond our scope
  • Network Infrastructure: ISP issues, router problems, external network issues
  • Devices Other Than Windows PCs/Laptops: Mac, Linux, tablets (for repair services)

6.2 Time Limitations:

  • Basic Plan: 1 hour maximum support time
  • Standard Plan: 3 hours maximum support time
  • Professional Plan: Unlimited support within 24 hours of service initiation

Time limits are strictly enforced. Issues requiring more time may need plan upgrades.

7. Liability Disclaimer - CRITICAL

7.1 Post-Service Issues:

ANY PROBLEM THAT OCCURS IN YOUR DEVICE AFTER A SESSION WITH US IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY.

  • We are not liable for any new issues that arise after service completion
  • Problems caused by user actions post-service are not covered
  • System conflicts from software installed after our service are not our responsibility

7.2 Data Loss or Theft:

REFLECTECH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, DATA THEFT, OR DATA CORRUPTION THAT OCCURS DURING OR AFTER OUR SERVICE.

  • Users must backup all important data before using our services
  • We do not guarantee data preservation during troubleshooting
  • Any data loss is solely the user's responsibility
  • We are not liable for stolen credentials, passwords, or sensitive information

7.3 General Limitations:

  • We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that all issues can be resolved
  • We are not responsible for business losses, data losses, or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid

7.4 Zero Tolerance for Abusive Behavior:

IMMEDIATE TERMINATION - NO REFUND

Any abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior towards our team members will result in immediate session termination with ZERO refund.

This includes:

  • Verbal abuse, insults, or offensive language
  • Threats of any kind
  • Harassment or intimidation
  • Discrimination based on race, religion, or gender
  • Inappropriate or sexual comments
  • Aggressive or demeaning behavior

Consequences are non-negotiable and include permanent service ban.

8. Device Counseling Disclaimer

For our counseling services:

  • Recommendations are suggestions only, not guarantees
  • We are not affiliated with any device manufacturers or brands
  • Final purchase decision is entirely the customer's responsibility
  • We are not liable for any dissatisfaction with purchased devices
  • Market prices and availability may change after consultation
  • We do not guarantee device performance or longevity
  • Counseling charges are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE

9. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before service delivery
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
  • All prices include applicable GST/taxes
  • Invoices/receipts are provided upon request
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

10. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Services can be cancelled before technician contact for full refund
  • Once service begins, cancellations are subject to refund policy
  • Rescheduling is allowed once per booking without charge
  • No-shows without prior notice forfeit refund eligibility
  • Counseling services: Non-refundable after call begins

11. Remote Access & Security

  • You grant explicit permission for remote access to your device
  • You can terminate remote session at any time
  • We recommend closing sensitive applications before sessions
  • Remote access software should be uninstalled after service completion
  • We do not access, copy, or store your personal files intentionally
  • You should change passwords after remote sessions as a security measure

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Reflectech's website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

13. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Abuse, harass, or threaten our technicians
  • Use services for illegal activities
  • Share login credentials or service access with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
  • Provide false information or impersonate others
  • Dispute legitimate charges through fraudulent means

Violation may result in immediate service termination without refund.

14. Service Availability

  • Services are available 24/7, subject to technician availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
  • Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt services
  • We are not liable for delays due to technical issues beyond our control

15. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes should first be raised with our support team
  • We will attempt to resolve complaints within 7 business days
  • If unresolved, disputes are subject to arbitration in India
  • All legal proceedings are subject to Indian jurisdiction

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Governing Law
